It was a such great experience, I enjoyed staff and location. Booked a room with particularly good views of the mountains or of Vancouver's beautiful harbors and English Bay.

Accommodation was big and fancy with competent staff upon check-out. Central location really close to shops and many different kinds of restaurants and a bus stop and Vancouver, it was in a shopping area. There was an attached restaurant nearby.
It had uncomfortable beds, maybe it was bad luck.

Exceptionally wonderful staff, very good communication, ideal location. It's big size with amazing beds and ABSOLUTELY BREATHTAKING views. Yaletown is a district that deserves exploring. We would stay here again as we had a good time and enjoyed the hotel.

Amazingly comfortable hotel, perfectly acceptable breakfast and free wifi. The men from the housekeeping staff were very accommodating! Beds were lovely, room was surprisingly quiet & convenient. Top location, 22 minutes drive from the airport.
